Claude SEO helps writers, editors, and content marketers measure the AI ratio of their content. Our tools analyze text and provide an estimate of how much of it may have been machine-generated, so you can refine your writing, balance AI assistance with a human touch, and publish better content.

We may update, add, or remove features at any time.

2. Website Identity and No Affiliation

Our only official website is https://claudesseo.com/.

Claude SEO is an independent product. We have no connection, affiliation, partnership, or endorsement relationship with https://claude.ai/, Anthropic, or any other website, product, or company that uses a similar or related name.

Please note:

  • Any website, app, browser extension, social media account, or service using a similar name is not operated by us unless it is linked from https://claudesseo.com/.
  • We are not responsible for the content, services, policies, or practices of any other website or service, even if its name resembles ours.
  • Our tools are not the product of, and do not use the accounts or services of, https://claude.ai/ or its owners.
  • If you are unsure whether a website or message comes from us, please contact us directly through the details in Section 17.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service. If you use Claude SEO on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

4. Your Account

Ownership. You keep full ownership of any text, documents, or other material you submit to the Service (“Your Content”). We don’t claim ownership over it.

License to us. By submitting Your Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to process and analyze it solely to provide the Service to you.

Your responsibility. You confirm that you have the right to submit Your Content and that doing so doesn’t violate any law or third-party rights.

7. Accuracy of Results

This section is important, so please read it carefully.

Claude SEO provides estimates, not verdicts. AI detection is an evolving field, and no tool, including ours, can identify AI-generated text with perfect accuracy. Results may include:

  • False positives, where human-written text is flagged as AI-generated
  • False negatives, where AI-generated text is not detected
  • Variations in results depending on writing style, language, topic, and text length

You agree that our results are intended as a guide for editing and quality improvement. They should not be the sole basis for decisions about academic misconduct, employment, contract disputes, publishing eligibility, or any other action that could significantly affect a person. We are not responsible for decisions made by you or third parties based on our results.

8. Plans, Payments, and Refunds

Free plan. We may offer a free version with limited features or usage. We can change or discontinue free features at any time.

Paid plans. If you purchase a paid plan:

  • Fees are listed at the time of purchase and are charged in advance
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date
  • You can cancel anytime from your account settings, and your access continues until the end of the current billing period
  • Prices may change with at least [30] days’ notice

Any third-party names, logos, or trademarks mentioned on our website, including “Claude” and “claude.ai,” belong to their respective owners. Their mention does not imply any affiliation or endorsement.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or integrate with third-party tools. We don’t control these and aren’t responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Using them is at your own risk.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that:

  • Using the Service will improve your search rankings, traffic, or content performance

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Claude SEO and its owners, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or loss of business or reputation, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
